• Email address — collected when you join the waitlist. Required to notify you of Omnia's launch and send occasional product updates.
• Name and company — optionally provided during waitlist signup. Used to personalize communications.
• AI chat messages — if you use the Omnia demo chat on this website, your messages are processed to generate AI responses. Chat sessions are temporary (24-hour sessions, messages retained for 7 days for moderation purposes only).
• Usage analytics — we use Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no cross-site tracking) to understand traffic patterns. No personal identifiers are collected.
• Referral codes — if you sign up via a referral link, we record the referring party to credit them.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect calendar data, tasks, emails, or any content from your productivity tools. Omnia is not yet connected to any external accounts — when it is, a separate data processing agreement will cover that scope.

How We Use Your Data

• To send launch notifications and product updates to waitlist members
• To respond to your inquiries
• To prevent abuse of the AI demo
• To improve the Omnia product

We do not sell your data to anyone, and we never will.
