Omnia is an AI executive assistant developed by Morgen AG (“Morgen”, “we”, “us”). This website (hireomnia.ai) currently provides:

• A waitlist for early access to Omnia
• A demonstration AI chat to preview Omnia's capabilities

Omnia is a pre-launch product. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

2. Eligibility

By joining the waitlist or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Omnia or any specific launch timeline. We reserve the right to grant access at our discretion. Waitlist position is provided as an estimate and may change.

4. AI Demo Chat

The AI demo on this website is experimental. Please note:

• Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete
• The demo is not suitable for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice
• You are responsible for evaluating any output before acting on it
• We may modify, limit, or discontinue the demo at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI system
• Submit harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Impersonate others or create false accounts

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.
